The brief given to our Development Team was simple - develop and manufacture a range of Flavourings and Colours suitable for use in all Bakery and Confectionery applications including Fondants, Toppings, Fillings, Icings and Cakes. Price to be kept as low as possible without compromising quality.
A hard task some might think - but our team worked hard and succeeded. The result - the 'Everyday' range. With a dosage range starting from 0.1% dependent upon taste and application, this range gives the best possible combination of price and quality.
