Flavours of the world

Of all the Flavourings that we manufacture in many forms there are 3 Flavouring 'types' that are especially suitable for Bakery, Patisserie and Confectionery purposes.
Our traditional range of Flavourings, both natural and non-natural, favoured by Bakers offer good heat stability.
In addition to our more traditional Flavourings we have our range of Patisserie Perfection products which are especially suited for Patissiers.
And thirdly we offer our Natural Deluxe Flavourings which are suggested for use in luxury Confectionery fillings. (The Patisserie Perfection products are also equally suitable for this role).

Whilst our Flavourings (and Colours) include all the characteristics required in this section of the Food Industry, of particular note are our Bun Spice flavourings and new variations of Condensed Milk flavourings (which blend well with our existing Caramel and Toffee flavourings).
We have also developed several new types of Vanilla flavouring which are of particular interest for the large plant Baker, because of their very high strength and stability.
