Regency Mowbray Co. Ltd.'s Fruits Division is responsible for producing approximately 1,500 tonnes of fruit products per annum - ranging from Ice Cream Specialities, Pastry Fillings & Toppings, Yoghurt Preparations, Fruit based Flavour pastes for Ice Cream and Bakery applications, Gels & Glazing Gels, Fruit Sauces & Syrups and Purees, Coulis and Compotes for Catering applications.

We manufacture for companies both large and small and often develop special formulations for individual manufacturers based on their own criteria.
Coulis, Purées and Sauces (inc. Compotes)
The latest additions from our Fruit Manufacturing Division are our Fruit Coulis, Purées and Sauces. The Coulis range is available in several flavours including Peach, Raspberry, Strawberry, Cherry and Redcurrant. During the most important part of the production process, the coulis are strained to allow the finished coulis to be slightly textured, giving excellent taste and mouthfeel. (Also available in Organic versions).

Pastry Fillings and Toppings
We offer a full range of Fruit Pastry Fillings and Toppings suitable for many Bakery and Confectionery applications including Pies, Gateaux, Danish Pastries etc, which for large orders can be customized to suit the customer’s exact requirements. A range of Zest specialities for Confectionery manufacture is also available.
 
Gels, Glazing Gels and Doughnut Fillings
We manufacture several varieties of Gels and Glazing Gels in numerous flavours and a Neutral Gel for use in Patisserie and Confectionery applications. (Our Doughnut fillings are also available in Kosher form).
In addition to the Fruit varieties of all products mentioned above we also have many non-Fruit varieties available including such flavours as - Toffee, Caramel, Dulce de Leche, Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge etc.
