Kosher Fruit products for the Baker

We understand the popular use of bakery jams in Kosher bakeries, Perhaps due to the non-availability of Kosher fruit products similar to those In general use throughout the baking industry.
We feel our range of Kosher bakery fruit preparations are superior in quality and are more easily used in the bakery.

Bakery jams are made with pectin which is very thick when cold and difficult to dispense. Further, on heating, it will thin to become quite runny and sticky, Often leaking from the pastry or confectionery casing.

We prefer the use of special starches which offer the following benefits:-

The Bakery products also offer better quality with a more acceptable mouthfeel, distinct fruit pieces in many cases [Raspberries and Cherries must be pureed for Kosher], added Flavour and added Colour.

Kosher Fruit Preparations and Ice Cream Specialities

Our yoghurt fruit preparations can be used as pumpable fruit in ice Cream and Sorbet although this type of formulation will not give the full protection against crystallisation that can be achieved in the more expensive Ice Cream Speciality products.
