These high quality products, available in fruit and non-fruit versions were specifically developed for the discerning manufacturer of frozen foods are designed to give good fruit integrity, the product being in a form which is mobile and non-crystallising under normal freezer conditions to give ease of handling and optimum characteristics in the finished product.
The 'IC' Speciality Range can be used singularly; or in conjunction with our liquid Flavourings or our range of Aroma Allettante Flavour Pastes.
The innovative composition of the Natural Flavour Deluxe range provides a one step solution for manufacturers requiring the highest possible quality with maximum consumer acceptance in a wide range of food products (Ice Cream, Baked Confections and Confectionery Fillings).
These products are processed into a form suitable for an extended shelf life whilst un-opened and have the ability to improve the texture of many end products.
The Natural Flavour Deluxes all have a very high fruit content, fully natural flavour boosters and no added colour. They are primarily designed for manufacturers who wish to incorporate real fruit and natural flavouring into their product with some additional 'fruit show'.
In addition to the fruit versions of the Natural Flavour Deluxes we also manufacture non-fruited versions. Of particular note are the Chocolate and Milk Chocolate Deluxes. All the flavour is derived from real Chocolate and yet the consistency at room temperature is that of a thick paste. This allows the flavouring to be added and incorporated into Ice Cream during cooling. Another key point is the ability to manufacture Chocolate Ice Cream which can be labelled 'Contains Real Chocolate'.
