Kedassia is a non-profit making regulating authority that donates proceeds to the Jewish community. Regency Mowbray have worked closely with Kedassia to produce what we believe to be one of the largest ranges of Kosher Ingredients in the United Kingdom. Kedassia have such confidence in the ability of Regency Mowbray in the production of Kosher Ingredients that they have granted us a licence to produce not only Batch Supervised Kedassia Kosher Ingredients but to produce Kosher Ingredients, which are certified by Kedassia. This means that non-Kedassia affiliated manufacturers can buy these products, with the confidence that these Ingredients have been produced following strict guidelines laid down by Kedassia.
Our Kosher range now covers almost every aspect of our entire product range. We have available Kosher ~ Flavourings, Colours, Chocolate Couvertures, Bakery Fillings and Toppings, Emulsifiers etc.
All of our Kosher ingredients can be found either on the Certificate or from a listing available for download on this web page.
Our certificate is annually reviewed and products may be added or delisted for reasons dictated by Kasrhus or Sales.
We would always advise a telephone call to Kedassia to confirm. If for any reason this stock became unsuitable due to new knowledge not available at the time of Certification, it will normally have been withdrawn from sale.
