Chocco Chobbles are small irregularly shaped flakes which can be used as either decoration on many Desserts or as an inclusion into Ice Cream, Sorbet, Mousse etc.
When used as a decoration they will enhance the taste and appearance of the Dessert. They are also ideal as an interesting inclusion - creating flecks of Chocolate in the product.
