The American Style 'Ribbonette' range provide a classic alternative to ordinary ripple syrups. Used as 'marbling' or 'variegating' syrups they allow the manufacturer to incorporate swirls of high quality syrup into the Ice Cream.
Made from high quality ingredients with the fruited syrups containing real fruit pieces they will turn your Ice Cream into more than just another Ice Cream.
Suitable for use with most traditional fruit feeders and ripple pumps but can also be added to the mix by hand just before freezing.
This range of 'ribbon' syrups was developed for manufacturers who are used to making traditional 'ripple' Ice Cream or small scale manufacturers who want to make Ice Cream without the additional costs of buying ripple pumps etc, These Ribbonette syrups allow Ice Cream manufacturers to present their Ice Cream in a more appealing and flavoursome way by introducing 'swirls' of flavour into the Ice Cream. Available in Fruit (containing over a third real fruit and textured to give superb mouthfeel) and non-Fruit (appealing to both eye and mouth), our Ribbonettes will give your Ice Cream a touch of something special and get your customers coming back for more. Application into Ice Cream can be by mechanical means or by hand, simply add to the mix just before final freezing.
This range is multi-functional and can be used in many other desserts. The Ribbonettes will add a different and exciting taste dimension to Cheesecake, Milk dishes or Custard.
