Many of our Flavourings are suitable for Yoghurt and related Dairy products. We would suggest the use of our Flavourings in 'set' Yoghurt and Drinking Yoghurts and Milk Drinks. For ordinary Yoghurts we find that many manufacturers prefer the use of our Yoghurt Preparations which are specifically formulated for these applications.
Alongside the more typical Flavourings such as Strawberry, Toffee, Peach, Vanilla etc, we also have Flavourings which can act as flavour-masking or flavour-enhancing agents. Our Milk Flavouring and Condensed Milk Flavouring are suitable for many Dairy based applications and are particularly ideal for use in Soy based desserts and puddings where the Milk Flavouring or Condensed Milk Flavouring can mask the taste of the original soy product (particularly Soy based Drinks).
